The journey begins with an overnight departure from Ahmedabad to Dwarka. Upon arrival, the itinerary includes visits to the Dwarkadhish Temple, Bet Dwarka, Nageshwar Jyotirling, Rukmini Temple, and Gomti Ghat, followed by an overnight stay. The trip continues towards Somnath via Porbandar, where you’ll visit the Somnath Jyotirling Temple and enjoy the Light & Sound Show, with an overnight stay in Somnath. On the return journey to Ahmedabad, there will be stops at Tulsishyam and Devaliya Park (Gir) for a lion safari, before reaching Ahmedabad in the early morning.
Tour Schedule
Day1: Dwarka Sightseeing
Arriving in Dwarka early in the morning, the day is dedicated to exploring its significant temples and holy sites. First, visit the revered Dwarkadhish Temple for darshan of Lord Krishna. Then, head to Bet Dwarka, an island temple believed to be Lord Krishna’s abode during his reign. Next, visit the Nageshwar Jyotirling, one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. In the afternoon, explore the Rukmini Temple and Gomti Ghat. After a spiritually enriching day, the group enjoys an overnight stay in Dwarka.
Day 2: Somnath Sightseeing
The group departs early at 5:00 AM from Dwarka, heading towards Somnath. On the way, a visit is made to Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Upon arrival in Somnath, travelers visit the renowned Somnath Jyotirling Temple for darshan. In the evening, they experience the mesmerizing Sound and Light Show at the temple. The group then settles in Somnath for the night.
Day 3: Sasan Gir Sightseeing
After the morning darshan at Somnath, the journey proceeds towards Ahmedabad. En route, the group makes a stop at Tulsishyam, famous for its hot water springs and ancient temple. The next stop is Devaliya Safari Park (Gir Interpretation Zone), where travelers can enjoy spotting Asiatic lions and other wildlife. A visit to Sinh Sadan may also be included. The day concludes as the group begins their overnight journey back to Ahmedabad.
